Prana Goalie school brings to you the most experienced positional coaches in women’s lacrosse and the world’s top athletes at the position. The curriculum focuses on essential position fundamentals, movement efficiency, and a unique incorporation of Yoga that you will find only at the Prana Goalie School.
In accordance with NCAA rules, prospect days are open to any and all that would like to attend, but may limit attendance based on several factors, such as age, number and grade level. However, camp attendance at the Prana Goalie school (including attendance at Prana Elite camps, and JU prospect days) are never restricted by camper's skill level or competitive experience.
